Vimperial offers warranty from the Date of Arrival. We take care for items those are defective in materials and workmanship.

 

We refuse items are(a) cosmetic damage, (b)not purchase with us; (c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid, fire, or other external cause; (d) damage by other person other than Vimperial; (e) the product was used by other functions other than the original purpose; (f) damage by normal wear and tear or due to the normal life span of the product;

 

Disposables, Atomizer Tanks & Coils: 6 months warranty is offered to all atomizer tanks that are before refilling the oil or liquid.  We are not accepting return or refund for all disposables, tanks and coils due to the consumable nature and limited life span, and we offer a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty. Please know that we will never sell used Disposables, atomizer tanks or coils.

 

Batteries: Vimperial provides 1 year warranty for Batteries. We only deal with those batteries in normal use.  We don’t accept items that are maintained improperly or modify by other usages. Items that are not used follow the instruction or physical abuse or misuses are not acceptable. Evidences are needed to verify a defective mod, and Vimperial will test and decide to replace.

 

Kits: Kits are divided into two parts, Atomizer Tanks and Battery, Each part follows its own warranty policy.

 

Accessories: We provide a 30-day warranty from the date of arrival for accessories.

 

Clearance Products: All clearance products are final sale and are not covered warranty.

 

Discontinued Products: Products that are discontinued are no longer supported through our warranty replacement policy but refund.

Please be sure to provide (1) the description of the problems, (2) pictures and/or videos to show all the defective device, (3) receipt and/or order number. Inspection takes 3-5 business days to process after we confirm the issue with you.  We will send the replacement to you after we process the RMA. 

 

We refuse to replace your product situations as shown in warranty. Products that are sent to us without prior confirmation from us will not be accepted.
